Essential Duties

*. Identify and recruit candidates to fill open positions

*. Leverage external and internal job postings, applicant and vendor management, social media platforms, and other resources to source qualified candidates

*. Participate in job fairs and other hiring events

*. Schedule interviews with potential candidates

*. Maintains accurate and current personnel files, including hard copies, electronic files.

*. Assists in serving as a resource for employees providing employee forms, policy/procedure information, benefit information, general information, etc.,

Additional Responsibilities

*. Compose and prepare letters, memos, correspondence, mass mailings, presentations and other communication to employees.

*. Maintain and update Employee Handbook as needed.

*. Accurately maintain the I-9 verification log.

*. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
