ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Assists with benefits enrollment for new employees
  • Assists with administrative tasks related to Orientation
  • Coordinates and executes monthly employee engagement activities
  • Responsible for company-wide HR Announcements
  • Assist with I-9 documentation and maintain current, compliant, and accurate records
  • Completes periodic personnel file and I-9 audits to ensure completeness and compliance
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review documents
  • Establish and maintain tracking systems for the following items (not all-inclusive):
    • All performance review and merit increase documents
    • All WOTC Questionnaire submissions
    • All employee disciplinary action documents
    • All terminations
  • Assists where needed with various research projects and/or special projects
  • Assists with scheduling Benefits and New Hire Orientation
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents, and performs other clerical functions
  • Employee file management
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performs other duties as assigned
