Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. · Extensive experience 10 years in credit risk management within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making. · Strong understanding of credit risk principles, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements. · Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing credit strategies and policies. · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex credit situations and make informed decisions. · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. · Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are a plus.
