Accomplishes property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team. Leads community team with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidance. Assists with the preparation of the operating budget. Processes invoices on a weekly basis so there is timely payments to providers. Staying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making with regards to pricing, sales and property upkeep. Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents. Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal. Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents. Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed. Qualifications

Minimum of three years of management experience with an emphasis on team leadership, sales, and customer service. Affordable housing experience.

(Required) Must be proficient in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management, follow-up, administrative, and organizational skills.
