The primary goal of this role is to support and engage in activities that result in effective patient care and effective use of resources along the care delivery continuum. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. 2 years related clinical RN experience per specialty area. Nursing charge or lead experience strongly preferred. Experience educating a diverse population on healthcare issues highly desirable. Required Licenses/Certifications BLS Certification through American Heart Association Valid Driver's License (if conducting home visits). Department specific Certifications may apply. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Demonstrates safe knowledge of nursing practice skills at all times based on theory and consistent with policy and procedure. Demonstrates specialty knowledge and practice of nursing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teaching and coaching skills. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
