This position guarantees that patient care services are delivered promptly and at the appropriate level of care. The primary objective of this role is to foster and engage in initiatives that lead to effective patient care and optimal resource utilization throughout the care delivery process.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Minimum Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical RN experience in the designated specialty area.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership or charge role is highly preferred.
  • Experience in educating diverse populations on healthcare matters is strongly desirable.

Essential Licenses and Certifications

  • Current RN license in Vermont.
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Driver's License (required for home visits).
  • Specific departmental certifications may be necessary.
