Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for a Sales Development Specialist located in Hartford, CT, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, communication, customer service, sales growth and sales management. The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current partners, conduct market research, and make sales offers with a customer-centric approach. The Sales Development Specialist will also collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve company goals and optimize business growth.

- Strong lead generation, communication, customer service, sales, and sales management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and effective sales techniques
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in healthcare, hospice, or home care industry is a plus
