Client Overview:

Our client is a large organization that helps people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or any long-term health conditions stay at home and choose their caretakers. They are looking to add a Registration Specialist to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21/hr - $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Registration Specialist will provide a high level of customer service while enrolling Medicaid recipients into the program of NY. They will additionally assist employers with enrollment processes, including completing paperwork and obtaining all necessary documentation.

Responsibilities of the Registration Specialist:

  • Follow up on referrals.
  • Perform in-home visits as needed.
  • Explain and educate employees on the roles and responsibilities of participation in at-home services.
Qualifications for the Registration Specialist:
  • Strong customer service and support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Five 9, My Account platforms, and web-based applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
