Clinical Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobile Healthcare Partners Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relaying messages between healthcare providers, patients, and medical facilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ensuring timely authorizations for medical testing and streamlining patient care processes.
- Scheduling and assisting with telemedicine visits, annual wellness visits, and other medical appointments as needed.
- Providing administrative support including medical record management, triage creation, new patient registration, fax handling, voicemail response, ADT processing, DME request coordination, lab report processing, and patient documentation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MEDENT or similar EMR software is required.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and medical terminology is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls and maintain accuracy under pressure is vital.
Estimated Salary Range: $42,500 - $57,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
