The RSD activities will include learning about health care trends, managing target account lists, and following a comprehensive sales process. Key accountabilities: Demonstrate the value proposition to distribution partners. Achieve annual new business sales, net growth & reenrollment objectives as assigned. Direct and manage the acquisition process by establishing priorities with the sales support team. Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales Implementation and Key Account Managers. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and market analysis. Monitor and report on competition to evaluate Trustmark’s position in the marketplace. Utilize Salesforce.com for activity reporting and forecasting. Minimum Requirements: 3 years of Voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience required. Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales. Knowledge of employee benefits and/or life/health insurance required. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle conflict with minimal oversight. Exceptional organizational skills. Proven ability to establish and maintain respectful relationships. Experience selling to brokers. Licensed agent in your resident state for Life & Health.
