Control follow-up logs are worked and completed Deliver professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners, and team members while displaying outstanding knowledge of company products, property, and company overview Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is encouraged behavior to be displayed at all times Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize duties based on importance with ease Assists in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery Maintains any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports Assist with other departments as needed and carries out other reasonable requests by management *Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreementWhat are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is an authority in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. We believe that at the core of our company's success are our Team Members To fulfill this role optimally, you have the following minimum qualifications and experience: Related work experience Proficiency reading, writing and speaking in English Projects a cheerful and friendly tone of voice using detailed enunciation and transparency in speaking Understands switchboard procedures and demonstrates ability to operate system with minimal complaints Demonstrates finesse in service quality standards that affect guest happiness, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner A professional attitude that prevails when handling upset guests and difficult situations Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Prior high-volume switchboard experience Previous experience working in the hospitality industry HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families."
