Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Clerical support for all aspects for the Reading Operations department. Audit all paperwork as related to UGI operations. Provide daily support to various UGI systems such as: SAP, DOJM, R2, Mobile Dispatch (CAD). Work on various UGI reports and provide communications to internal and external customers.Support Operations with various tasks relating to scanning and importing completed main job packets, data entry, applying for and processing permits, contacting PA one call, and placing orders for restocking, invoicing, creating purchase requisitions. Perform daily data entry into the payroll system ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong computer skills with MS Office.Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.Ability to read maps.Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.Knowledge of applying for permit helpful.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.We offer comprehensive benefits, some of which are:medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurancedisability plans401(k) matched savings planpaid vacationcompany stock purchase programwellness programstuition reimbursementpaid parental leavepaid volunteer timeadoption assistanceUGI Utilities, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
