The procure to pay operations team’s main responsibilities include administering, designing, and ensuring compliance within purchasing and accounts payable processes, supplier onboarding, enabling and verification of purchases (requisitions, purchase orders receipt or purchase approval), payment authorization and processing. The team supports all North America expense, new store construction/remodel, and inventory purchasing and payables. This role requires a highly skilled and ambitious professional who identifies learning needs and develops and maintains learning solutions that build functional capability and meet business objectives. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles and values. **As a learning and development manager, you will:** • Manage, mentor and develop a team of learning specialist to create and support the development of programs for the procure to pay operations team and the spend management program • Develop and recommend strategies for specific learning program(s) and implement recommendations that support the achievement of business goals and strategy • Manage the development process of programs from initiation through to completion, including management of scope, scheduling, defining deliverables, review cycles, resource tracking and reporting, for partners within the operations teams and key stakeholder groups, including external Starbucks vendors • Defines and manages maintenance, revision or retirement recommendations for leaning curricula and resource materials using defined L&D processes • Evaluate and analyze feedback and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and processes • Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders on L&D implications of potential business decisions and gap analysis between current performance and business goals and requirements **We’d love to hear from people with:** • Delivering learning programs, 8-10 years • Facilitating groups and delivering presentations, 8-10 years • People management, 8 years • Individual and organizational performance consulting, 8 years • Designing adult training and instructional programs, 6 years • Implementing learning programs technology, 6 years • Building innovative learning experiences to address business objectives, 6 years As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
