Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
  • Work with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing catering services.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
  • Create event proposals and present them to clients for approval.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
  • Handle any issues that arise during events, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and attendees to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
