Job Description:

As a Management Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:
  • Serve as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives and complex efforts.
  • Extensive experience in the development of recommendations and solutions across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations.
  • Lead the deployment of improvement methodologies and tools in process improvement and learning management / course development projects.
  • Provide leadership and vision to client and project teams.
  • Develop long-range objectives and strategic plans related to business process improvement and curriculum design.
  • Establish procedures, standards, priorities and work plans.
  • Apply knowledge of industry best practices, business process transformation, or lean management methods.
  • Apply a considerable knowledge of practices, concepts and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the completion of significant assignments.
  • Serve as an advisor and have direct interaction with the client.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of more junior Management Consultants and other staff when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant, professional experience
  • Curious and open-minded approach to work
  • Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
  • Engage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design
  • Experience consulting or working for the Federal government
Job Location and Travel Expectations:
  • This position is remote. Some travel (
  • Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
