Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a project including: schedule, budget, communication, and documentation
Maintain positive relationships with end users
Support Business Development
Project Management
Manages project from Planning through Project Close
Manages records, reports and files related to each project
Effectively and efficiently communicates users requirements to ensure client wants and needs are correctly translated in Functional Requirement document
Verifies client understands and signs document before development commences
Manages creation, signing and documentation of any changes to the signed Functional Requirement document
Makes commitments and coordinates to execute work in a timely manner
Provides additional clarification or guidance for Operations on task instructions, turn-around expectations, and other information, materials or resources needed internally
Responsible for ensuring quality assurance has been completed on all projects
Works with team to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects
Support
Manages daily user communications spanning from small, stand-alone projects to larger, integrated solutions
Consults on internet solutions to users with assistance from Architects, Developers and Senior Consultants as needed
Schedules and manages meetings with and between end users and with any necessary party such as designers, photographers, and copywriters
Responds to users needs and coordinates to resolve issues
Responds to all issues and concerns and ensures compliance with Rupperts standards
Maintains records, reports, and files of client correspondence
General
Aligns team
Sets and manages internal and external expectations
Advocates for users
Qualifications:
2-3 years of project management experience (experience in software and marketing programs a plus).
Strong project communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Candidate must be comfortable with multitasking several projects and clients at any given time.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a while meeting deadlines.
Must be a solutions-oriented problem solver and strategic thinker.
Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with Slack and or other collaboration tools.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
