Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for individual and team growth. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue management, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize profitability. Develop and maintain brand standards and image, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials. Utilize data and analytics to measure and track the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Represent the resort at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving hotel or resort sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales and marketing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts. Proficient in hospitality sales and marketing software and tools, including CRM, digital marketing, and data analytics.
