Title – Director of Sales

Hours: 8 - 5 - Onsite

Pay: $140K

Location: Tucson, AZ

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales within a senior living environment, with progressive leadership responsibility


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently, handling assigned prospect inquiries while adhering to sales training guidelines and objectives. Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Actively drive your sales performance to meet or exceed goals for sales, appointments, emails, and phone contacts.
  • Inspire and support the sales team to achieve overall productivity targets, including hitting sales goals, scheduling appointments, and meeting communication benchmarks.
  • Continuously offer training, guidance, and mentoring to the sales team, ensuring each member fully understands the sales process, product offerings, services, policies, database management, and objectives. Encourage the proper implementation of approved sales policies, procedures, and communication tools.
  • Act as the primary contact between prospects or depositors and the sales team, overseeing the application, approval, and start-up processes to ensure adherence to program guidelines.
  • Ensure the CRM system is kept up-to-date, complete, and accurate. Leverage the system effectively to enhance individual sales efforts.
