Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise several co-owners.
  • Perform monthly reviews of assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare budgets and year end workpapers.
  • Communicate with internal team and property owners/clients.
  • Assist with tax filing and financial statement preparation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage people.
  • Understanding of business machine operations (Microsoft suite).
  • Experience with Yardi and/or affordable housing is a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines which may include working additional hours during certain times of the year.
  • Analytical skills necessary to manage tasks and interpret data.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-owners and outside individuals.
