- Three years of experience performing complex clerical and administrative duties.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework.
- Strong knowledge of modern office procedures, practices, and technology/equipment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Extremely organized with attention to detail.
- Experience working with a wide range of constituents, including students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
