Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for an Email Marketing Technology Lead to sit fully remote for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will work with brand marketing leaders, commercial operations, technology teams and external partners to establish email technical design, implementation and measure customer experiences. They will spend 30% of their time developing presentations and communicating mass email capabilities to marketers and other stakeholders to try to sell them on solutions for email marketing. They will also need to create and present the engagement metrics to the business by capturing the data, downloading it, putting it into excel and making a presentation to present to the business. The other 40% will be doing documentation, leveraging analytics available in the email marketing platform to share and communicate customer experience performance and measurement of KPI's and reviewing SOWs from 3rd parties and come up with internal SOPs. 30% will be spent building customer experience playbooks and best practices to ensure email repeatability, quality, and speed to market. The lead coming into this role should be on top of market trends and salesforce updates/releases from a technical perspective. Overall, this candidate will be leading technical execution of email marketing and will partner with both the business and technical teams.
