**Job summary/What You Will Do**:
The Assistant Manager, Digital will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Professionals' digital initiatives via CRM channels, brand website, and apps to increase brand awareness and market share. This position will support the Digital team by working cross-functionally with Marketing, DDX, eCommerce, Creative, Analytics, Legal, and 3rd Party vendors to bring campaigns to life and achieve business goals.
- Maintain brand and sites by developing and/or localizing brand content (including but not limited to PDPs, blog, promotions, education, meta-data for SEO), while partnering with Marketing, Education, Creative, and 3rd party vendors.
- Assist in the development of segmentation across touchpoints to advance personalization.
- Create quarterly CRM and Site performance decks to disseminate digital learnings.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required.

**Required qualifications/ What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Google Analytics, and PowerBI is a plus.
