Shift: 5am - 1pm| Weekend Rotation required
Status: Full-Time
Department: Dining Services

Role Responsibilities:
  • Preparing food items for residents of Teresian House.
  • Prep and cook food items to order for a nursing unit following all food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with everyday preparation of food and items needed for daily meal output.
  • Maintain a clean and sanity work environment.
Qualified Chef candidates will have:
  • Knowledge of and at least five years' experience in large scale cooking.
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to follow scaled recipes and menus.
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position makes the lunch for all residents and employees 5 days a week.
