This position is responsible for placing outbound calls and fielding incoming calls regarding customer follow up surveys, pro-active customer contact, escalations, and customer success plan updates.Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:Communication and follow up on all Internal Request QueuesContact with provider offices to follow up on patient requestsContact with patients to follow up on Internal Requests ticketsCustomer Contact to follow up and survey resultsResponds to email and phone calls within 24 hoursReview and resolve service Sales Paperwork TicketsCommunicates with Care Coordinators and other departments for resolution of ticketsMentoring of new employees entering the departmentTrack internal request queues to ensure department metrics are met each month
