- Improving advocacy involves assessing client satisfaction with care, advocating for clients’ wishes during treatment, and encouraging clients to advocate for their own wishes to their providers.
- Coordinate the flow of information between clients’ various providers, including both those within A&C and any external providers, through regular formal and informal contact (i.e., staffing's, treatment plan reviews, impromptu meetings, email correspondence, etc.).
- Perform regular chart review to ensure that clients’ treatment plans are being implemented as dictated by the supervising psychologist and in accordance with the client’s preferences as clinically appropriate.
