Position Summary
We are looking for a Home Care Scheduler to facilitate our operations. This critical role involves gathering, organizing, and analyzing scheduling data to ensure seamless patient care through effective coordination of health services. The successful candidate will be compassionate, exceptionally organized, and demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage both internal and external staffing requirements
  • Allocate caregivers to designated client shifts
  • Utilize cloud-based scheduling applications
  • Keep an updated roster of on-call and backup personnel to secure emergency coverage
  • Inform caregivers of any modifications or updates to their schedules
  • Communicate with management and clients regarding any scheduling or staffing adjustments
  • Support the recruitment, training, and oversight of new employees
  • Revise daily schedules as necessary
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email, arrange and confirm appointments, and enter client information into company databases
  • Assist customers by providing information in person or over the phone, addressing or directing inquiries as appropriate
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as required
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality and uphold operational integrity by maintaining privacy
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Home Care Scheduler or in a comparable role is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills
  • Experience in scheduling
  • Proficient typing skills
