Job Description

We are thrilled to open the position of Service Coordinator at our New Windsor, NY facility. This crucial position functions as the operational core of our service delivery, guaranteeing seamless and efficient interactions with our customers. The Service Coordinator is essential in bridging our service technicians, sales force, and clients, managing the intricacies of service scheduling, equipment preparation, and ensuring follow-through on service appointments and rentals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Take charge of scheduling service appointments with a keen eye on efficient resource and personnel allocation.

Customer Service Mastery: Act as the primary point of engagement for service queries, offering unparalleled support and advice to clients.

Collaborative Efficiency: Ensure seamless communication and operational flow among service technicians, sales staff, and customers.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full spectrum of rental equipment management, encompassing preparation, dispatch, return, and upkeep.

Administrative Accuracy: Keep precise records related to service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.

Education / Formal Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
