+ The candidate will be responsible for helping customers from initial online inquiries/phone calls up until the point of sale so they are very involved in the sales process.

Job Duties:

+ Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

+ Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

+ Record customer information within our customer service database

+ Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

+ Bring customers through the sales process

+ Suggest vehicles and packages to customers

Schedule: Four days during the week and a Saturday shift. The candidate will be responsible for working two 9 am-5 pm shifts during the week and two 12 pm-8 pm shifts during the week. The Saturday shift is 9 am-5 pm
