Position Summary The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all training activities throughout the organization. This person will work closely with Human Resources and Operations leadership teams to ensure training classes are scheduled and participants are enrolled to address specific skill and knowledge gaps, as well as align with employee growth and talent management. Coordinate schedules of all training activities, including course, location, date, trainer, and participants. Ensure schedule is posted and accessible for enrollment at a minimum of 4 weeks out from training date. Ensure class occupancy and attendance are at or above targets. Ensure each field office location receives an adequate opportunity to meet their training goals. Manage results and analytics related to training activities, including learning management system (LMS) administration. Ensure the LMS is accurate with training completions and other target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics related to training. Regularly review KPI metrics, analyze results, and report to leadership. Manage new hire onboarding and orientation (NHO), including scheduling of presenters, enrollment of new hires, and general facilitation of NHO. Support training department employees, ensuring training attendance is accurately captured in a timely manner. Gather feedback from each training session from employees and trainers for department review. Maintain and manage training equipment. Education, Experience, & Training Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of learning management tools, with Learning Management System (LMS) experience Workday Learning experience, preferred Proven ability to coordinate events Proficient use of Microsoft Office Experience with reporting and analysis, using Excel or Power BI.
