Ability to work 30 hours per week. Essential Job Functions: Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.) Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's ACD program. Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department. Manage clinical procurement, scheduling, and follow-up for most ACD Health Programs requiring a clinical. Work with ACD Health Lab Technician to verify students have met clinical setting compliance requirements. Assist with administrative duties related to immunizations, background checks and drug screens. Maintain strong relationships with clinical site contacts. Be aware of new clinical site opportunities and work with campus administration to secure clinical contracts. Follow all clinical site-specific procedures for collecting and submitting required clinical paperwork. Manage ACD adjunct instructor licensure & immunizations. Review ACD Clinical Handbook with students prior to clinical rotation. Conduct exit interviews for Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting and Sleep Technology students. Prepare first day materials and paperwork for CNA classes. Communicate with students in Health Program Online Orientations and track student progress. Support ACD Health Coordinators with administrative and office support duties as assigned. Prepare and archive the ACD HSC student and class files to satisfy regulatory requirements. Act as the backup for the ACD Health Lab Technician position. Assist with Flex Classroom student paperwork as needed. Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time. Education: Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Shift: Varies Salary Schedule: Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employees Hiring Range: $25 per hour Benefits: N/A Closing Date: For maximum consideration, receipt of application material is March 5th.
