Responsibilities
  • Professionals in this role are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with our standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • The Clinical Nurse Specialist must exhibit the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver care tailored to the age of the patients on the assigned unit.
  • This individual must demonstrate an understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, possess the ability to evaluate data reflective of the patient's condition, and interpret the necessary information to identify each patient's age-specific needs.
  • The RN is tasked with planning patient care, including the development, modification, and execution of care plans in accordance with our standards to provide efficient, effective, and quality patient care as outlined in our Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act is expected.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oklahoma RN License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
