These are flexible paid roles that will cover a range of duties across our commercial venues based at Medway.

Initially, most hours required will be in the evenings and on weekends but as our venues develop and build capacity; daytime work will also be available.

General areas of responsibility will include:

Bar*, waiting & barista

Box Office Support

·

Event & theatre technical support

Responsibilities within these roles will also include working with MidKent College students to support them with work experience, therefore an enhanced DBS check will be required prior to appointment to the role.

These positions are part time and hours will be agreed on a weekly rota basis.

In addition the post holder(s) will be required to be trained to act as both a Fire Marshal and First Aider.

Note: Full induction and training will be given prior to the commencement of the role and throughout appointment. Uniform will be provided if required

Staff must complete mandatory annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with the number of hours set for their Department. Travel between sites as and when required in accordance with their job role.
