Join **e** **X** **cell** ****Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified **Education Support Analyst** to join their team for a **remote** position and support users worldwide. This resource will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to Education Products and Programs.**Duties and** **Responsibilities:**+ Progress assigned open tickets and triage new tickets with timely, high-quality replies+ Communicate solutions clearly and patiently+ Document interactions for future support strategies+ Propose improvements based on user feedback and observed trends**Skills and Qualifications:**+ Experience in product support, technical support, or other related customer support roles+ Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal+ Experience with ticketing systems (ideally Zendesk)+ Motivated to continuously contribute to client users, team, and company's success+ Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting that evolves frequently+ Excellent time management and organizational skills+ Have the desire to help others, find solutions, and overcome roadblocks+ Ability to notice emerging trends and improvement opportunities, think creatively, and brainstorm solutions+ Thrive as a team player and enjoy working regularly with other Education teams**$29.65 per hour****Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.**We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
