This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States.Role SummaryAs the Vice President of Product, Compliance Essentials, you'll lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our Compliance Essentials platform. Your responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, collaborating with subject matter experts and senior product managers, and ensuring the development of a comprehensive compliance management solution.Responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Compliance Essentials, aligning with company goals.- Manage and lead two sub-organizations: a team of principal-level subject matter experts and two senior product managers.- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive successful product development and delivery.- Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and foster innovation.- Oversee go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.- Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.- Represent the product at executive-level meetings, industry events, and customer engagements.- Manage the product budget and resource allocation to align with business objectives.Qualifications- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS environments.- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product management practices.- Experience in information security compliance and risk management.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy and execution.- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Bonus Skills- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Relevant professional certifications in product, compliance, or information security.- Experience in highly regulated industries or with compliance frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and architectures.- Experience working with enterprise-level customers.Why Join UsAt the company, we prioritize your personal and professional growth.
