Description
As the Deposit Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Performs advanced clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature in a fast-paced environment.
+ Utilizes methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s).
+ Research routine customer, brand, or bank inquiries as appropriate.
+ Determines the source of problems and works to resolve them accurately and within service level agreements.
+ Will also utilize knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to help minimize financial risk to Citizens and detailed knowledge of multiple systems to solve problems.
+ May need to work independently on special projects often interaction with all levels of management, serving as a resource for the business unit.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
+ The position may include reporting responsibilities and may assume department administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
+ 2 - 4 years experience of working in an operations environment
+ Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an account
+ Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills
+ Strong written/verbal communication skills
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: 8:00-4:30, Monday - Friday
Following onsite training period, role will be hybrid, 3 days/week onsite.
