Front Desk Clerk Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Clerk candidate. This opportunity is a temp-to-hire or direct hire position. Competitive compensation and bonuses available. This is a hospitality job working at a hotel. This facility operates 7 days a week and the position has a 11pm-7am schedule. This is for a Friday through Sunday shift. Responsibilities Check all guests in Communicate and answer guest questions Answer the phone Help housekeeping with the laundry service Inventory and restock mini store with snacks and refreshments Update management on any guest requests or issues Work as part of a team and communicate with others May assist with other duties as assigned May need to be on your feet for most of the day REQUIRED Experience and Education Valid US driver’s license At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality industry preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Familiar with Microsoft Office Familiar with building management software (HotSoS, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom) Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds is required Literacy skills – Reading, Writing, and basic math skills Flexible attitude to shifts – You may need to work nights, weekends or holidays Conducting drug screening and background check report inquiries will be necessary for employment purposes.
