Facilitate Wraparound sustainability through the growth and management of community resources in BergenResourceNet.org and the support of effective stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: Resource Development: Manage day-to-day communication, compliance, and ongoing relationships as it relates to current contracted partners, new or upcoming projects. As necessary, plan, implement, and evaluate community events to capitalize on resource and relationship- building opportunities. Research, plan and evaluate new community partnerships, growth opportunities and initiatives and retention of existing partnerships. Assist in the identification of community needs and resource gaps as part of the annual community resource development request for proposals. In consultation with Director, manage Requests for Proposals (RFP) and contracting process (draft and edit letters of inquiry, funding applications, interim and final reports for grant funders. Monitor and track progress on grant submissions.) Build long-term relationships with internal/external stakeholders from onboarding to advising and monitoring quality and outcomes throughout their lifecycle. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they optimize and appropriately promote and help to build resources to Bergen County families. Analyze stakeholder and ResourceNet trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvements. Serve as a brand ambassador for BergenResourceNet.org, developing tailored pitches to each stakeholder group. Handle stakeholder complaints and collaborate to resolve stakeholder issues. Attend and represent the agency and NJSOC at community-based committee meetings as assigned. Create and manage detailed plans, logistical details (administrative, contractual, budgetary, operational), and internal/external collaboration needs related to community engagement and partnership events. Support appropriate solicitation of monetary and/or in-kind donations and contributions related to agency events. Supervision and development of interns and/or Support Team members, as assigned. Assist with other critical development initiatives of the department/agency on an as-needed basis. Perform other miscellaneous duties, as assigned by Supervisor or higher-level management personnel. Comply with all Agency’s policies and procedures as specified in the Employee Handbook. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in business/public administration, communications, marketing, public relations, public health, or the equivalent in experience. Maintain a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Bilingual skills a plus. SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent multitasker with a keen attention to detail. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience using project management tools a plus. Demonstrated experience in, and successful outcomes in community event planning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally. Ability to take initiative to pursue goals and work with a high degree of autonomy. Experience building long-term professional relationships. Excellent, assertive communication skills including written, verbal and presentation. Understanding of the business and stakeholder needs.
