The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of employee attendance, fostering employee engagement, and resolving workplace issues. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR functions and is passionate about creating a positive work environment. ** Key Responsibilities:** ** **Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality. Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures. Address attendance issues promptly and professionally. Prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify patterns and recommend solutions. Employee Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives. Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities. Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity. Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and workplace issues. Conduct investigations and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. General HR Functions: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience in attendance management and employee engagement programs. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
