Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on addressing employee relations challenges, performance management, and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Oversee performance improvement initiatives and assist managers throughout the process.
  • Support the Senior People Relations Manager in effectively managing employee relations issues.
  • Independently execute short and long-term projects to support the HR department.
  • Stay informed on federal and state employment regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver HR services and contribute to special projects, including policy enhancements and organizational restructures.
  • Assist the People Operations Team with onboarding, data management, and HR metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members from various regions, respecting cultural differences.
  • Manage inquiries, organize HR events, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain internal HR portals and assist with various HR projects as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee wellbeing and engagement to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations, compliance, and policy.
  • Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, STD, and ADA.
  • Experience in performance management and coaching.
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage confidential information and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Information:
  • This is a hybrid role requiring travel to designated offices twice a week.
  • Standard work week consists of 35 hours.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
