Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Competencies: Strategic thinker, problem solver, and proactive leader with a strong business acumen.
