Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a quick learner. This company offers opportunities for career advancement, strong benefits, and a new office to work from. This position is hybrid.

The salary for this position is $70k - $95k.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex financial challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's financial structure and operations.
  • Work with mentors and leaders to advance financial knowledge and skills.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
The Senior Accountant will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork stills.
  • Ability to adapt to different roles and learn quickly.
