We are currently searching for a full-time Branch Manager who can oversee and ensure efficient operations on a daily basis. The role of the Staffing Branch Manager is to drive the temporary and direct hire revenue growth of the branch.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm; some on-call work and varied hours may be required
**Description and Qualifications:**
* Staffing Branch Manager must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Experience in recruiting / hiring and staffing required.
* Staffing experience in a temporary labor market.
* Requires a minimum of 5 years of prior management experience, in a staffing environment, as a branch manager or in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating well with all levels within the organization.
* Identifies candidates via job posting responses, reverse resume searches, internet searches, walk-ins, job fairs, and networking events.
* Lead, guides, sells, recruits, and provides the best experiences for clients and temporary staff
* Ensure adherence to state and customer operational requirements
* History of leading and growing a successful team
* Run a staffing office which includes overseeing operational, sales, and recruiting activities
* Administer background checks, drug tests, skills tests, and other pre-assignment requirements to job candidates.
* Maintain I-9 compliance by ensuring I-9 documentation is correct.
* Increasing client base.
* Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
* Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
**Experience:**
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
* Proven track record of sales growth and history of leading and growing a successful team.
