Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Managers on the Nationwide. The Mortgage Loan Officer and Branch Manager will be responsible for daily sales calls, originating, processing, and closing residential mortgage loans. If a Branch Manager, you will also oversee a team of mortgage professionals and manage the branch operations.


Qualifications

  • Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending skills.
  • Experience in the mortgage industry and sales.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a team and branch operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NMLS License and State Licensing for states originating in
  • Experience using Encompass type software.
  • Able to work remote.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Loan Officer or Branch Manger
