This role entails full responsibility for the organization and management of the Technical Support Services function within the branch.

As a remote position, it requires travel up to 60% within designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance for York products to clients regarding installation, application, service challenges, and performance concerns, either via phone or in-person.
  • Support branch staff with application and technical knowledge of existing, current, and new products.
  • Comfortably conduct training sessions for HVAC contractors.
  • Develop, compile, and/or facilitate technical, service, and product training for contractors.
  • Assist branch personnel in identifying necessary parts inventory for new products or service letters.
  • Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with dealers, consumers, and factory customer relations to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of HVAC (residential & commercial) field experience as a successful service manager.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
