Job DescriptionThe senior patient services specialist is a member of the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department team and is responsible for day-to-day functions of The Center for Perinatal Bonding & Support. The senior patient services specialist will schedule for the Center for Perinatal Bonding & Support. They will be interacting with patients, visitors, hospital staff and providers, assisting with patient registration for the Day Program, answering phones, answering questions and providing information regarding the Day Program, preparing patient rooms for incoming patients and group rooms, stock all patient room supplies with newborn necessities, inventory tracking, and cleaning private patient rooms and group room at the end of the day.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
