Overview:

The Sr. IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex issues, and serving as a point of escalation for Tier I and Tier II support teams. The Sr. IT Helpdesk Technician should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our IT Helpdesk Technicians work on-site in a team supporting end-users and keeping production running. Some of the ways this is accomplished are:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, resolving complex issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 support
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of technical problems and implement solutions
  • Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques and best practices
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their resolutions, enabling self-service support for end-users and other support staff
  • Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process
  • Install new software releases, system upgrades and resolve software related problems
  • Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support


Qualifications:
HOW TO SUCCEED Successful IT Helpdesk Technicians combine solid technical knowledge with creative problem solving and people skills. To join us youll need: Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in an IT position
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Azure
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Intune
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate level skills in IT Infrastructure
  • Intermediate level skills in IT Trouble Shooting
  • Intermediate level skills in Client Focus
  • Intermediate level skills in Telecommunications Networks
  • Intermediate level skills in Collaboration
