The ServiceNow Developer/Project Manager will oversee projects with implementation schedules and deadlines, communicating project updates to multiple stakeholders within the Company. This role will work with the business, manage projects with responsibility in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing new functionality and enhancements as well as supporting maintenance activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and deliver solutions to include configurations of ServiceNow modules and integrations with third-party platforms/applications Manage project and production timelines communicating with key stakeholders within Aligned Research and respond to production problems and recommend remediation solutions across the platform Identify and communicate the strengths and limitations of the platform with recommendation of solutions Work closely with key stakeholders to gather, clarify requirements and implement as determined. Work with multiple teams to understand the story and needs of the platform and enhancements Deliver training as appropriate to end users Collaborate to understand best practice within ServiceNow Configure core modules including but not limited to, IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Integration Hub, Facilities Service Management & SPM (Project Management) SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
