Essential Skills:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the HiL Software Validation Cycle plan, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
  • Facilitate the collection of product requirements and project scope comprehensively across various teams or business units.
  • Track project progress against the plan and devise recovery strategies when deviations occur.
  • Create and disseminate impactful status reports tailored for diverse audiences, from project team members to executives.
  • Craft and deliver high-level presentations to support the governance framework for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Organize and lead effective program-level meetings to communicate updates and synchronize efforts.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to foster improvements in processes, policies, and tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and team members throughout the organization to resolve issues, formulate plans, and coordinate activities.
  • Encourage collaboration and transparency, fostering trust between business units, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in the organization’s Agile transformation, acting as a change agent while demonstrating strong leadership and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in communicating effectively through written, verbal, and presentation formats to a range of audiences from engineers to executives.
  • Skilled in developing schedules utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Adept at designing and documenting project charters that encompass scope, timeline, budget, and risk management plans.
  • Capable of applying critical thinking to analyze challenges, devise solutions, and manage risks.
  • Experienced in managing projects that involve both software and hardware using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
  • Competent in leading the collection of product requirements and project scope across multifunctional teams.
  • Able to influence and drive team and program progress.
  • Experienced in managing and facilitating team meetings and initiatives to effectively create plans and achieve objectives.
  • Strong understanding of technology sectors and the interactions between Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Sales, and Professional Services.
  • Proficient in tracking and communicating the status of initiatives and monitoring release milestones.
  • Familiarity with JiraAlign and advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Required Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience (6 years with a Master’s Degree) managing projects in technology-focused companies or technical fields.
  • PMP certification is preferred, along with relevant experience in successfully managing projects.
  • Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with dSpace Hardware/Software is desirable.
  • Proven experience managing geographically dispersed project teams.
  • Experience in a concurrent software development environment as part of a complex build and merge management process is beneficial.
  • Technology product development experience is highly sought after.
  • Preferred experience in SAFe/Agile/Lean methodologies for at least 2 years.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Engineering Technology field.
Preferred Education:
  • PMP certification with relevant project management experience is preferred.
  • Agile Scrum Master certification is also desirable.
