Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Riverstone, Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • OSHA-30 certification required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position, requiring frequent site visits and travel to construction sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate construction sites safely, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Benefits

Riverstone, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer medical and dental insurance, Simple IRA plan matching, and a comprehensive benefits package.
