Human Resources Assistant

Top Five Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, job transfers and general inquiries.
  • Monitor and update all employee records to ensure compliance with staff licensures, regulatory agencies and tracking job specific competencies.
  • Receive and respond to employee, customer and management inquiries that involve the status of job applications, status and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Update and maintain the HR employee database and provide administrative and clerical support to the HR division
  • Compliance with regulatory reporting requirements that include monitoring reports and survey preparation.
  • Contribute in the implementation of company policies and programs.

Associates degree, PHR, and/or SHRM certification preferred. 3-5 of Human Resources experience preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with confidential matters.A high level of integrity with a strong depth of knowledge is required.
